Meet Dr. William “Bill” McCulloch
D.C., C.C.S.P. | Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician
Dr. William McCulloch, known to many longtime patients simply as Dr. Bill, has spent more than 25 years providing chiropractic and rehabilitative care. A Pittsburgh native, Dr. McCulloch spent 15 years in private practice in the Pittsburgh area, where he developed a family practice with a strong emphasis on sports injuries, rehabilitation, and conditions affecting both the spine and extremities.
His experience working with athletes has remained an important part of his practice, but his approach has never been limited to competitive sports. He has spent his career caring for families, active adults, young athletes, older adults, and patients simply looking to move better and feel better.

Flexion-Distraction & Spine Care
While at the National College of Chiropractic, Dr. McCulloch worked in research and served as a teaching assistant in Cox flexion-distraction technique, an approach commonly used for low-back and disc-related conditions. He also helped train and evaluate doctors from the United States and Canada in techniques for conditions affecting the lower back and neck.
Sports & Extremity Training
Dr. McCulloch completed postgraduate coursework through the Motion Palpation Institute with an emphasis on evaluating and treating injuries commonly seen in amateur and professional athletes. This training expanded his experience with conditions involving the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles, in addition to spinal injuries.
Whiplash & Continuing Education
Dr. McCulloch also studied whiplash and related injuries through the San Diego Spine Institute and has continued his postgraduate education throughout his career, with an emphasis on sports injuries, rehabilitation, auto-related injuries, and nutrition. This continuing education has remained an important part of his approach to patient care.
